About Suze

Suze is the founder of The Bend Effect and a lifelong movement enthusiast dedicated to helping people feel strong, capable, and connected in their bodies. She earned her degree in Dance from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and holds certifications in Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Fitness Instruction. With a deep understanding of body mechanics and mindful movement, Suze works with clients of all shapes, sizes, and experience levels.

Her work focuses on helping people move better in everyday life—whether that means improving strength, restoring balance, or reconnecting with the breath. Suze specializes in pelvic floor health for both men and women, postpartum recovery, and injury rehabilitation, while also supporting clients who simply want to build strength and confidence in their bodies.

She is passionate about creating a supportive space where clients can safely explore their limits with professional guidance, empathy, and movement that feels aligned with their individual needs.
